1. Important requirements of API675
- Rated capacity shall be at least 110 percent of the maximum capacity specified —————————————- Yes

2. Steady State Accuracy
Steady state accuracy is the flow variation expressed as a percentage of mean delivered flow of rated flow under fixed-system conditions. Steady state accuracy applies over the turndown ratio of 10:1.
